  • ½ cup ice water
  • 1 egg for egg wash

  • 6-8 ripe peaches thinly sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
