How To Make Instant Pot Pepper Beef Casserole?
1: Brown the beef
Turn on the instant pot and heat the oil. Add ground beef and chopped onion to the pot and sauté them well until the beef changes its color. It will take 5 minutes.
Add the chopped bell pepper, sauce, garlic paste, beef broth, salt, black pepper, and diced tomatoes. Mix them well.

- 1 pound ground beef
- ⅔ cup jasmine rice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheder cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil optional
Instructions
- Turn on the instant pot and put the ground beef in it.
- Add finely chopped onion and saute it well until the beef changes color and releases its juice.
- Add the mashed garlic and green bell pepper. Mix them with a wooden spatula.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and spices.
- Wash the rice and add them in the pot.
- Mix with a spoon very well.
- Put the lid on the pot and set it for 5-6 minutes.
- Once done, carefully remove the lid and spread the shredded cheese.
- Close the lid again and let the cheese melt.
