Ingredient Notes and Variations

  1. Tequila: The tequila provides a smooth and well-balanced flavor to the margarita. If you want a non-alcoholic version, skip this ingredient and increase the amount of cucumber lemon ice to make this refreshing drink.
  2. Triple sec: A flavored liqueur adds citrusy sweetness and complexity to the margarita. You can use Grand Marnier instead.
  3. Cucumber lemon ice: It provides a refreshing touch to the drink. Blend cucumber slices, lemon juice, and water to make this ice. Freeze it in ice cubes.
  4. Himalayan pink salt: Use pink salt to enhance the margarita flavors. You can use kosher or sea salt as an alternative.
