  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pitted dates soaked
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Grind the oats with coconut and almonds in a food processor.
  • Soak the dates in water for a couple of hours. Incorporate them into the mixture.
