- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 3 oz chicken chunks or cooked minced beef

- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped

- Meat: You can add any sort of meat to your egg bites i.e. chicken chunks, sliced sausages, beef mince, leftover shredded chicken or tuna, etc.

How to make Egg Bites in an Air Fryer?
In a mixing bowl, crack 3 to 4 eggs and whisk them lightly. Add sour cream or Greek yogurt as per your preference. You can skip it if you are cutting on calories.
Add salt, black pepper, chili powder, Italian seasonings, and any other seasoning of your choice. Mix well.
