Ingredients
6green peppers
1poundsausage ground beef can be substituted
1poundItalian sausage
1teaspoonLowry’s seasoned salt
½teaspoonpepper freshly ground
1teaspoonminced onion or 1/2 cup freshly chopped onion
1 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese Colby can be substituted
4ouncescream cheese softened
¼cupgrated parmesan cheese
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Turn on the oven, let it preheat, and keep the temperature at 400℉.
Turn on the stove and heat the oil in a pan.
Add the meat to it and cook until it turns brown.
Add the seasoning cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the meat. Set it aside.
Wash the green bell peppers and cut them in half. Remove the seeds.
Stuff the bell peppers with the cooked meat into the peppers.
Put the stuffed bell peppers in the baking tray and bake them for 15 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and top the bell peppers with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake them again for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and changes color.
