Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ tbsp lime Juice
  • ¼ cup diced white onion
  • ¼ cup diced tomato seeds removed
  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper or jalapeño
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic or garlic powder
  • fresh chopped cilantro or basil as required
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Paprika powder or black pepper powder optional

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados and remove the pit. Remove the skin and add the creamy part into a mixing bowl. Mash well.
  • Add all the vegetables, salt, and seasonings. Mix well but don’t overdo it.
  • Serve alongside tortilla chips or tacos.
