  • ¾ cup egg nog substitute equal parts whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gingerbread caramel plus more for drizzling
  • ½ cup gingerbread men roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • whipped cream for topping

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • cup water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ tablespoon molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • To make gingerbread caramel sauce, add water and sugar in a saucepan.
